ALTER ART CLUB REGULATIONS

  • §1. Initial Provisions

    1. These regulations (“Regulations”) define the rules of participation and privileges connected with participating in Alter Art Club (“Club”).
    2. The organizer of the Club is : Alter Art Festival limited liability company with the seat in Warsaw, ul. Malczewskiego 24, post code: 02-612, entered in the register of companies by Warsaw District Court under KRS number: 227624, NIP number 586-214-15-57, REGON: 220015184, with seed capital of 50000 PLN paid in full, (“Organizer”).
  • §2. Joining the Club

    1. A Club member can be any adult natural person regardless of their nationality, citizenship and country of residence on condition that they complete the membership declaration, personal data application to the Club and agree to have the data processed for marketing purposes in accordance with the Act of 29th August 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data (Dz. U. {Law Journal} from 2002, No. 101, item 926 with changes) (“the Act”) on the form available on klub.alterart.pl website or distributed during the events organized by Organizer.
    2. Participation in the Club is entirely voluntary. The condition to join the Club is the correct registration including, among others, giving correct and full personal data.
    3. The privileges connected with the Club membership are personal and they cannot be transferred to another person. One person can register in the Club only once.
    4. The Club membership begins: (i) in case of registration by means of a form on the Club website – from the moment of confirmation of correct registration of the Club’s form. The confirmation is visible for the Club member after the registration has been completed; (ii) in case of registration by means of a form distributed during the events organized by Organizer – on the day of inputting the personal data of the club member into the klub alter art database by the database administrator, which the club member will be informed about by e-mail.
    5. After the registration has been completed in accordance with point 4 above, the person who has been registered is entitled to privileges of a Club member. The Club member is assigned a member’s account which they can access by means of the Club website. For that purpose the Club member is assigned a login and a password which the Club member should keep confidential.
    6. The Organizer’s employees and the members of their immediate families cannot become Club members.
  • §3. Club Members’ Privileges

    Club members can use the services, offers and participate in competitions which have been announced on the Club website: klub.alterart.pl or any other website announced by Organizer. Detailed conditions of using the services, offers or participation in competitions will each time be described in detailed regulations available on the Club website. Organizer and its business partners can also introduce other privileges for Club members.

  • §4. Personal Data Protection

    1. Club members by registering in Club agree that Organizer will collect and process their personal data given in the form for marketing purposes, particularly connected with the participation in Club, in accordance with the Act.
    2. Club members by registering in Club also agree to be sent promotional and commercial information by Organizer, also via electronic means of communication.
    3. Club members have the right to access the contents of their personal data and correct it. The access is provided by means of the Club website or available in the Organizer’s office in person.
    4. Club members’ data can be used for promotional purposes or any other actions organized by Organizer in cooperation with its business partners, especially the sponsors of the events organized by Organizer, media patrons, co-organizers, etc. In such cases, Club members’ data may be transmitted to the Organizer’s business partners by Organizer and processed for marketing purposes.
    5. Club members are responsible for updating their membership data given in the registration form. Organizer is not responsible for the consequences of not updating the data of a Club member. Club members bear legal responsibility for revealing the data of other persons without authorization.
    6. If the Club member has any knowledge or suspicion about an unauthorized use of their member account or any other security breach, the Club member should inform Organizer about it. Organizer will undertake activities in order to explain the events and counteract them without delay.
    7. It is forbidden to use the accounts of other Club members.
  • §5. Club Membership Termination

    1. Club members can terminate their Club membership at any time. The notice should be sent to the Organizer’s address, stating the name, correspondence address, date of birth and telephone number. The termination comes into effect on the day of its delivery to Organizer.
    2. Organizer can terminate the Club membership of individual members if the Club member violates the provisions of these Regulations or gives incorrect data to Organizer.
    3. Organizer can also terminate the Club’s activity, informing about it by means of the Club website.
  • §6. Contact with Alter Art Club

    The contact with Club is possible via electronic mail address: klub@alterart.pl or by post to Organizer’s address: Alter Art, ul. Malczewskiego 24, 02-612 Warszawa with the note: “Klub Alter Art”. In order to update or modify personal data, one should use the appropriate tools of data edition available in the profile on Alter Art Club website.

  • §7. Regulations Changes

    Organizer has the right to make changes in Regulations. The changes will be announced on the Club’s website.
